Returns and refunds for personalized SDO products

You can not cancel a contract for the supply of any SDO product that has been customized or made according to your specific wishes, unless those SDO products are damaged or damaged when delivered or delivered incorrectly. On this last case:

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the SDO Products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which they are received (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them). This includes the following guidelines:

• SDO products must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original markings;
• the underwear must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;
• if the SDO product comes with a security label, you must leave it activated.

If you fail to comply with the above obligations, the refund is reduced by an amount that reflects the decreased value of the SDO Products up to the total price of the SDO Products.
